Instructions to Authors

The format for papers can be found in any recent issue. Papers should be emailed as Word attachments to Michael Eigen, Editor: mikeigen@aol.com. Papers are peer reviewed. NPAP students are welcome participants on the Review staff. Papers from new and established writers contribute to the journal’s interest.
